1930s French Art Deco Torchiere Tabletop Floor Lamp

French 1930′s original Art Deco torchiere table floor lamp. Trumpet shaped bronze metal with an original verdigris  bronze patina. Looks similar to a dinandrie finish including double banded bronze rings towards the top. The inside is painted white. It sits on an unusual metal bronze, lucite and matching metal finished stand. Has braided cover wires and French bayonet base. I personally purchased this fixture 30 years ago in Paris and have enjoyed it all this time. I recall the dealer saying it was originally designed for a 1937 French Exhibition.

Could be used as pictured, under a console or to add light to wash a wall. It also looks great on a stand or buffet.
