1930′s art deco sculpture of a woman on a horse named Chevauchée signed by the artist, C. Charles. This original piece was made in the Max Le Verrier studio atelier in France. The sculpture was cast in bronzed metal and has a beautiful greenish verdigris patina.
This flowing figure depicting a woman on a prancing horse leaving behind a gigantic drape with stylized lines typical of the art deco style. It is mounted on a white rectangular marble base.
