Vintage Penguin Art Deco Cocktail Shaker Pitcher

Vintage penguin shape cocktail shaker or pitcher. A very rare piece based originally on an Italian design. This one here reflects just a few of the authentic vintage penguin shapes sold today in the collectibles market.   The Napier model      and a more simple chrome model   both available at our showroom and web site.  It has since been reproduced by many companies.

This 1930′s era model in newly re-conditioned silver-plate, is in perfect condition. Excellent detail with ribbed pattern repeated on feet, wings, top plume and handle. This would be a great addition to any serious cocktail shaker collection, since the unusual figural (and animal) shapes are most sought after by advanced collectors. Emblematic of the playful era we love and call Art Deco.
