A striking combination of sculptural form and bold color, this eight-piece Art Deco “Bubble” cocktail set was designed by Omer A. Menard in 1935 for Farberware of Brooklyn, New York. The set includes a cocktail shaker, six matching chrome cocktail glasses, and a large serving tray.
The shaker’s distinctive silhouette features three graduated spheres resting on a ring foot, with a projecting pour spout and a curved black handle accented by red ball spacers. A cylindrical neck and lid complete the form, crowned by a painted red wooden bar passing through the lid’s finial.
The matching chrome tray features a shaped edge and curved black handles with coordinating red ball spacers, bringing the design together. Reflective chrome surfaces and contrasting red and black details give the ensemble its unmistakable Art Deco character—a standout display for a bar or cocktail cabinet.
