An elegant pair of European Art Deco three light candelabras, each stamped with a fleur de lis and the silver fineness mark “925.” Their formal design combines classic proportions with the clean vertical lines and refined detailing associated with the Art Deco period.
Each candelabra features a fluted central column rising from a rounded weighted base, with two gracefully curved arms supporting three candles. The removable bobeches, or wax pans, make cleaning easier, while the carefully constructed columns and bases can also be disassembled when necessary.
The richly modeled fluting continues throughout the candle cups, central stems, and decorative lower sections, giving the silver surfaces depth and beautiful reflections. The design is elaborate without being overly ornate, making this pair suitable for both traditional and Art Deco table settings.
Based on their design and markings, these candelabras were most likely made in Austria or elsewhere in Central Europe. They are substantial, beautifully constructed, and remain in impeccable condition.
