French Modernist Art Deco Macassar Wood Dining Table and 6 Matching Chairs
Expandable French modernist Art Deco Macassar Wood table with 6 matching chairs. Intense Macassar grain wood with matching deep side wood skirt (4.5"). Double tier leg support system with quality expandable center extension. Fits perfect, it's all original and the table has been recently renewed to look like new. This French-style 1930's modernist-style table is very difficult to find. As you can see from the photos, It can get very small without the extension and would work great in a smaller dining area or home office for a stylized Art Deco office or den.
The chairs are really great. Not huge in size but big in style. Also Macassar wood with a rich original green leather nickel-plated French upholstery nails all around. Old school quality, the seats have original springs as well. We recently acquired this set and could not have been more pleased with the quality and the potential this set offers to the new owner(s).
