Wurlitzer 1015 "One More Time" CD Jukebox
Wurlitzer 1015 "One More Time" CD Jukebox
This Wurlitzer 1015 "One More Time" is a faithful modern reproduction of the legendary 1946 Wurlitzer 1015, the jukebox largely credited with defining the format's postwar Art Deco look. Introduced by Wurlitzer in 1986 as the "OMT" line, it recreates the original's arched, chrome-trimmed cabinet, alternating bubble tube columns, and rotating color cylinders in full working illumination, while housing a modern 100-disc CD changer in place of the original 45 or 78 RPM record mechanism.
Designed to capture the exact visual drama of Paul Fuller's original 1015, widely considered the most recognizable jukebox ever built, the One More Time line pairs that period styling with a genuinely capable modern sound system, a stereo amplifier delivering 55 watts RMS per channel through a six-speaker three-way stereo array. The bubble tubes cycle through red, orange, yellow, and green in a continuous, mesmerizing loop, and the chrome pilasters and curved glass panels reproduce the original cabinet's silhouette in full scale.
Because it houses a 100-CD changer rather than a fragile vintage record mechanism, the One More Time offers considerably more day-to-day reliability and music capacity than an original 1940s Wurlitzer, without sacrificing any of the visual theater that made the 1015 an icon in the first place. It remains a favorite centerpiece for home bars, game rooms, and restaurants precisely because it delivers the full spectacle of a classic jukebox with none of the maintenance concerns of an eighty-year-old machine.
A striking, fully functional jukebox that brings the golden age of the American diner and dance hall into working, everyday use.
