This unique piece, designed by Sudre in France circa 1935, serves as a cigarette storage bar. It operates through small springs in each holder that accommodate over 20 cigarettes. By sliding the top of the bar to the right, the cigarettes are lifted and ready for use. This typical barman figure is signed "Sudre" on the lower back part of the standing barman.
Often seen as cocktail pick sets, this piece features a Makassar wood base and is embellished with black and red lacquers. The items on the bar are all cocktail-related, with the bartender depicted shaking up a drink. It would make a fantastic addition to a cocktail shaker collection, offering a truly fun and unusual touch.
