1930s Art Deco Czech Whiskey Decanter Set

This is not only one of the nicest, it’s also one of the most substantial decanter sets we’ve seen in years. It represents a stunning example of 1930s Czech Bohemian glass-work and design. The glass is in perfect condition and is very heavy and beautifully engraved with a simple, striking Modernist design. What takes this to another level is the two/color treatment. We’ve seen this on occasion in some Czech decanters, but never never in a nice Whiskey set like this one. The glasses are quite large and very useable. They’re perfect for scotch, rum, cognac, añejo tequila or you name it. The set comprises one large decanter with stopper, six large octagonal glasses, on-the-rocks or straight-up this set (and its future contents) will take your day to an all-too-seldom experienced 1930s sophisticated level of calm. “Scotch and soda, mud in your eye, baby do I feel high…”. The tray photographed is not included in the set. We have only had one whiskey set prior and it did not last 2 weeks, so please do not hesitate. This is a keeper.
