Art Deco, Cubist influenced Mountain Ram Goat, bookends by the 1930′s French painter and sculptor, Max Le Verrier (1891-1973). Le Verrier is considered by some to be one of the important influential French Art Deco sculptors. The sculpture’s hefty black-bronze cast metal has developed a deep and lustrous patina and is mounted on the most desirable portoro marble base. Each sculpture is signed “M LeVerrier”.
