This pair of Art Nouveau silver plate urns and quite a little diversion for us here in Art Deco land. You can see that the simplicity of the design pointing towards the deco period, but these also have that Nouveau--craftsmen point of view as well. They are marked "Beldre" but I am not sure I am seeing this mark quite right. In any case, they are a classic design with a wonderful embossed stylized flower on neck of each piece.
