A pair of Streamline Deco nightstands or side tables, which are crafted in beautifully grained rosewood . These are in great condition, ready to flank a bed, couch or a set of shelves. An example of the "later deco" styling with its elegant curved front and a nice collection of storage spaces inside. Doors swing open with chrome ball knobs.
It is rare to find two matching pieces in such outstanding original condition, and these have excellent form and function.
The pattern of furniture bearing one angular side and one side with "curves ahead" began in the 1930s and was popular through the 1950s.
