Original Art Deco 3 Piece Sofa Suite Triangular Zig Zag Fan shaped
Original restored vintage 3 piece zig zag sofa suite. Unique carved wood frames with multi-dimensional fan and triangular details. Just restored using the finest materials available. Rich brown mohair and over 3200 hand nailed French bronze upholstery decorative tacks. The wood has just been refinished/restored and has a rich antiqued patina that contrasts beautifully with the brown mohair. Custom sculpted mohair back with 4" cushion for added comfort.
Look at all of the zig zag details on the frame, not only on the top, but all of the wood bases and arms also reflect additional original hand carved detailing. What a stunning and beautiful matching frame set.
I've not seen anything like this in the last 30 years.The set was found in Argentina, but as you know, so much great European design and craftsmanship found its way to that part of South American during the great Art Deco period.
