Sabino Glass Art Deco Pair of Table Lamps

Pair of French Art Deco table lamps with iron base, restored. This important moulded art glass. The glass is signed Sabino, Paris, sometimes referred to as the “waterfall” design. It typifies that great period of French design inspired by the Paris Exhibition of 1925. Officially entitled the Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes, it was dedicated to the display of modern decorative arts.

The glass is in perfect condition with original iron mounts newly re-silvered., rewired and ready to use. Sabino’s  work at that time rivaled any French lighting and glass designer of the period. First time I’ve had a matching pair.
