1930s ART DECO OPALINE GLASS TORPEDO SKYSCRAPER CEILING LAMP
Consists of a spectacular cream ribbed opaline glass torpedo-shaped shade, perhaps influenced by details on the Chrysler Building skyscraper. Together with stepped polished aluminum gallery fittings, etc.
The shade could also be used the other way around and utilized with a base and gallery to make a spectacular table lamp. Stunning when light ... perfect for any authentic Art Deco room. It is all in excellent original condition, with no damages.
Very unusual design and treatment.
