1930s Art Deco Tower Bar
Item #1185 SOLD
What fun! This truly ingenious 1930s Art Deco Tower Bar exemplifies Modernist Design meets Cocktail Euphoria. It was beautifully crafted during the 1930s in Argentina of gorgeous Quilted Maple hardwoods. The curved doors open to reveal a protective nesting place for layers of glasses, bottles and other cocktail paraphernalia. Each door has four shelves, lined in cork with chrome protective rails. The interior features three cork-lined shelves against a beautiful cream-colored background. The top features a nice contrasting geometric wood tone inlay and a low-profile back-splash. This is quite an unusual bar and it’s in fantastic condition…it won’t last! It’s the perfect size for a smaller area (or perhaps, a second bar).
