Original Phonograph Argentina With Horn Circa 1920. Great working photograph in very nice original condition with the most beautiful aged horn in a stunning patina. The sound is excellent. This is one of my favorite windup phonographs, the size is nice and all of the graphics are great. Musicians on the front and the logo on the side.
Purchased in Argentina, with a beautiful original brass badge on the top with the makers mark: "Casa America" by Stahlberg & Rigotti who were phonograph and record-selling merchants from Avenue de Mayo in Buenos Aires. PIctured here is the original advertisement, priced at $75.00 which at that time was very expensive.
