Czech Modernist Two  Decanter Set Art Deco Eight Glasses. Art Deco Modernist Decanter set was made in Czechoslovakia in the early 1930s with a dramatic black glass and etched design.  Very much in the Karl Palda tradition. The stepped-up motif and zig-zag and triangular decorative elements kind of evoke the architecture of the famous Chrysler  Skyscraper Building in New York.
