An Art Deco Modernist Decanter made in Czechoslovakia in the early 1930s with a dramatic black glass and etched design. The stepped up ring motif and zig zag and triangular decorative elements kind of evoke the architecture of the famous Chrysler Skyscraper Building of New York.
