Silver Plate Modernist Mirror Tray and Floral Display

Two piece art deco modernist silver-plate stepped mirror and crystal floral frog display. This unique design, with French hallmarks is very sophisticated and an extremely high quality. Referencing designers in the style of  Jean Puiforcat,  Jacques Adnet and Maison Desny. The detailed modernist elements show great attention to refined metal work details.

The crystal display frog also has unusual contours and openings with matching metal treatments which mirror the tray. Designed to work together, this would make a terrific centerpiece, console or sideboard display. Circa 1930's probably made for important French stores like Christofle, Printemps, Galleria Lafayette or Bon Marche.
