This prowling Panther by M. Leduc (1879-1955), French Art Deco sculptor and artist. Classic design on detailed  marble veneered base. Original design in perfect original condition with traditional green patina finish on a cast metal figure. Signed by the artist on the back hind leg. Lions, tigers, panthers – all prowling animals typical from the decorative art deco period.
