It began in the Sevres suburb of Paris in the 1750s.

This coupe would make a great piece for your table or buffet. These are sometimes referred to as fruit stands. Designed and made circa 1930′s, this one is in superb original condition. Any defects are factory manufactured. The burnt orange color has great depth and this is a very special piece. It was manufactured for a shop in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the 1930s as there is a metal stamp on the underside showing the name “Casa Vignes on Florida street”.
