1930s Czech Modernist Art Deco Punchbowl Set

A gorgeous 1930s Czech glass covered punchbowl set with a stunning silver-plate and bakelite ladle, a silver-plate topper, 4 equally stunning glasses and it’s all in pristine condition. The generously sized punchbowl and hefty glasses feature an unusual and beautiful oval faceted design with acid-etched and hand-painted details in the most coveted of colors (black and red). Here’s a recipe to get you started:

Champagne Punch 
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons Orange Curacoa
• 2 cups sugar
• Juice 2 lemons
• 1 bottle California champagne
• 2 cups tea infusion
• 4 tablespoons brandy
• Plenty of Ice
• 2 tablespoons Medford rum
• 1 quart club soda
Make a syrup by boiling water and sugar ten minutes. Mix champagne, brandy, rum, Curacoa, lemon juice, and tea infusion. Sweeten to taste with syrup and pour into punch-bowl over a large piece of ice. Just before serving add soda water.
