1930s Iron Butterfly Cocktail/Serving Tray • Signed by F. Billére

You’ve never seen anything like this before and I’ll bet you’ll never see anything like this again! A piece as beautiful as it is unusual and as practical as it is decorative. Hefty and traditional French Iron forms the circular border of this serving tray, while the handles, also iron, were intricately formed with a floral motif. Underneath the clear glass top of this serving tray is the most beautiful and kaleidoscopic display of real (vintage) butterfly wings. They are incredibly vibrant yet oh-so delicate looking and perfectly arranged, protected and framed forevermore. This piece is signed (right on the wings!) by renown French artist F. Billére.
