Sabino French Art Deco Stepped Lamp Glass Base with Lover's Statue

Sabino French Art Deco Stepped Lamp Glass Base with Lover’s Statue. Extremely rare signed Sabino made in France stepped glass base. Standing at the top is a couple with the most serious intertwined hug, arms wrapped together and eyes staring straight into each other. This high-quality and exceptional Sabino glass is unique with a very modern stepped design. A kind of carpet made with glass showing some zig/zag treatments on each step. Circa 1925-30.

The piece arrived with some hardly noticeable damage which we professionally repaired as you can hardly see from the back. Now a metal-reinforced stepped plate and the glass have all been sealed and stabilized but the “Sabino made in France” still shows on the bottom of the glass. The repair is not noticeable in place and this piece is all original except for updated wiring.
