1930s French Art Deco Chandelier

Here’s a beautiful and unusual circa 1930s French Art Deco chandelier. Through the decades, the nickel “skyscraper” frame of this fixture and the stepped nickel canopy have earned a glorious patina. The three glass fitter shades as well as the large center glass shade bear striking floral and geometric Art Deco motif and diffuse the light beautifully when illuminated. The three intricately detailed nickel arms that protrude from the center shade are quite unusual and give this fixture its sturdy appearance. This medium-sized fixture would be perfect in the dining room, bedroom or any room in the house.
