Fabulous Art Deco Modernist Amboyna Burl Queen Bedroom Suite

Offered here for the Art Deco Aficionado, is a chance to own a spectacular French Art Deco Bedroom Suite, circa 1930′s. The set has been professionally restored (not over-restored) with a hand rub shellac quality finish (not like some of those glossy sprays using polyurethane). This is an exceptional set, with a modernist cubist point of view. The vanity has origiinal lights, something I’ve never seen before and also the marble is one of my favorites with a 3-dimensional look,. We even took the time to remove the metal and have it all replated, even the hinges. The bed has been converted to a queen prior to our acquisition, with nice simple night stands which extend the headboard. The 3 door armoire is very practical with adjustable shelves and interior mirrors on the outside doors, even an interior drawer. All very high quality suite in the most beautiful of all woods, Amboyna, from the Art Deco Period.
