Eugene Petit is a fine artist from France. Art Deco Woman in Costume Mask European Vintage. This original pastel/charcoal painting with an original frame is in very nice condition. I bought it in Belgium, where it had been stored for many years. Eugene Petit was a French 19th-century painter born in 1839 – 1886.
