A hand carved solid wood Art Deco reclining nude with streamline hair and very nice details. Purchased in Belgium, it is "definitely Deco" but has hints of the Congo in its great linear design. The flow of hair undulates and surrounds the beautiful floating nude on stylized clouds. It evokes an ethereal mood and is fashioned in solid mahogany grained wood . The natural original color adds to the beauty of this three dimensional relief sculpture.
