Who is the mystery woman.
This is a compelling painting and very beautifully completed. The piece is painted by VAN MELKEBEKE, Jacques (Brussels 1904 – 1983) Painter and engraver – his work is full of poetry – his favorite style is the Circus and Fair.
Used to be a student at the Academy of Art of St-Josse-ten-Noode (Belgium).
He was also chosen to illustrate the bible.
