It bridges both the Arts & Crafts (or in Germany the Art Nouveau) Movement leaning into the Art Deco design. You can see the natural decorative element of ‘acorn & fern’ with wonderful triangular darts in a very modern round shape. So this is where the two ideas come together nicely. Made in Germany by WMF and hallmarked as well. The WMF (Wurttemberg Metal Goodsompan operations in 1853 and is still one of the world’s foremost manufacturers in silver tableware
